The Disability Act is nothing new to American employers. But recent changes to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act are.

Dubbed The Final Rule, the new regulations seek to ensure greater access to employment for people with disabilities by obligating federal contractors to take affirmative action to recruit, hire, promote, and retain people with disabilities; and requiring employers to encourage employees with disabilities to self-identify, and report this information to the federal government.

The Final Rule is something every employer needs to know and understand. Register now for the Employment Compliance Webinar: Preventing Discrimination Against Individuals with Disabilities, March 26, 2014, noon-1:00 p.m. EST.
