MY GREATEST STRENGTH
Persistence and stubbornness. I never let someone else define me and what I can or can’t accomplish. That attitude has led to all of the success that I have achieved in sports, the military, banking, and life.
MY INSPIRATION
My Father, who speaks several languages and never stops learning; my wife, who reads everything and is one of the most knowledgeable people I know; and my daughters, who are always teaching me new things—they motivate me to be a better person.

I help others to see the potential and possibilities. I encourage them to think creatively!
OUR GREATEST CHALLENGE
The lack of motivation toward achieving an education. Education provides opportunity, and can provide access and increased awareness.
GIVING BACK
I speak with kids about the value of education—how it can have an impact on your life. In my position within PNC, we encourage our team to get engaged in the community in a variety of ways that, over time, will have a positive impact.

I try not to allow work to merge with my family time.
